Information Technologies for Development is a new field of study that deals with the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of novel technologies for social and economic formation. This research agenda is driven by the urge to bridge the digital divide and make computing useful for that large fraction of the world’s population who live in underdeveloped regions of the world with limited resources.
Amongst a range of diverse themes relating to some other, this special issue includes six papers covering some of these themes. As for the disadvantages, the literature suggests that the use of computer strategy could cause a lackadaisical attitude among students whereby they will not deliver their work seriously and the student’s reading skills formed from scrolling the computer screen could carry an accelerated but superficial, inexact understanding of the content.Information Strategy is abuse: plagiarism, cyber warfare, e-mail spamming, abusive word spamming, are common examples.
